I/We agree to sign and execute, as and when desired by the Company, the Allotment Letter / Apartment Purchase Agreement on the company’s standard format contents whereof have been read and understood by me/us in my/our vernacular language and I/we agree to abide by the terms and conditions thereof.

Note: -

Persons signing the application on behalf of the other person/firm/company shall file authorization / power of attorney / board resolution duly attested by a first class Magistrate / Notary public.

Cancellation Charges:- If any applicant desires to cancel the booking, cancellation charges of Rs. 50,,000/- will be deducted from the booking advance.  In addition to the above, all charges incurred by the Company and the Service Tax paid will also be deducted from the booking advance/payment.  Refund of the balance amount will be made after six months from the date of Cancellation / Registration of Cancellation Deed. ……………………………………………………………………………………..
